- Activities during Lent:
- Lenten Talks: On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday a series of lenten talks will be given by Rev Fr Stefan Attard at 7.00pm at the Parish Church. All are encouraged to attend.
- Morning of reflection during Lent: A half day of reflection will be held on Friday 31st March from 9.30am to 1.00pm addressed by Rev Fr Kevin Schembri at the MSSP Oratory in B’Kara. The programme includes mass. For more details or to book please call the Parish Office.
- Penitential Pilgrimage: On Sunday 2nd April, the annual penitential pilgrimage to Mellieha will be held. We depart at 4.00am from Lapsi Church. Tickets for transport back to St Julian’s may be purchased from the Book Centre.
- Family Visits: On Thursday and Friday we will continue the Family Visits and we will be visiting familes who live in the following streets: Forrest Street, Spinola Road (the Hotel Cavalieri side) and Triq S. Ġużepp. The Parish helpers will contact you with the time of the appointment.
- Children’s Mass: On Sunday, 9.30am mass in the Parish Church will be animated by children. All families are invited to attend.
- Summer Time: Next weekend (the last weekend of March), we move our clocks to Summer Time, so as from Sunday 26th March mass on Sunday evenings will be celebrated at 7.00pm.
- Collection in aid of the Seminary: During last weekend’s collection in aid of the Seminary, the generous amount of €2,800 was collected. We extend our thanks on behalf of the Rector of the Seminary and the seminarians.
