- Rosary for the month of May: A Rosary will be recited in Mensija Road (below the bridge) on Monday at 7.00pm by the Legion of Mary.
- Coffee Morning: On Tuesday a Coffee Morning will be held in aid of the Parish, in the hall by the Parish Church from 9.30am onwards.
- Għaqda Nisa Ġiljaniżi: On Thursday 11th May there will be a Mass followed by lunch on the occasion of Mother’s Day.
- Feast of St George Preca: A Mass for all children and their parents will be held at the Parish Church on Thursday at 5.15pm on the occasion of the feast of St George Preca.
- Mother’s Day: On Sunday the 9.30am Mass will include a special blessing for families and will also be dedicated to those couples celebrating their wedding anniversary.
- Cathecism applications: Those who wish to apply for the Holy Communion class for next year, that is those children born in 2010, can collect their application from the Parish Office. (Those children who have already attended this year do not need to reapply as they automatically go to the next class.)
- Pilgrimage: A diocesan pilgrimage will be held by Arch. Emeritus Paul Cremona on Friday 12th May at 7.15pm at Stella Maris Parish Church on the occasion of the centenary of the apparitions of Our Lady at Fatima.
- Cana Course: Those couples planning to get married within the next two years are encouraged to attend the Cana Course. In our Parish, the course is held on Sunday morning and starts on the first Sunday in October. Those interested may apply at the Parish Office during office hours.
- Prayers for our faithful departed: We pray for Salvatore Zarb, Anthony Said, Dolores Azzopardi, Benedetta Meilaq, Carmel Muscat, Carmelo Pace, Carmen Ellul and Fiona Bartolo who entered eternal life during the month of April. Eternal rest give unto them O Lord …
