- Mother and Baby Club: The Mother and Baby Club meetings will be resumed as from Monday from 9.30am to 11.30am and will meet at Pope John Paul II Hall as usual. One can call the Parish Office for further information.
- Feast of St Faustina Kowalska: On Monday, an Adoration will be held on the occasion of the Feast of St Faustina at the Parish Church at 6.00pm followed by Mass at 7.00pm, organised by the Apostleship of Divine Mercy.
- Divine Mercy Adoration: On Friday from 3.00pm to 4.00pm a Divine Mercy Adoration will be held at Lapsi Church. Everyone is welcome to attend.
- Rosary for the month of October: A Rosary will be recited by the Legion of Mary at Triq is-Seqer, Kappara on Wednesday at 5.00pm.
- Catechism: The new application forms that were distributed to parents this week need to be signed by both parents in front of the Parish Priest or his representative on Tuesday 9th or Thursday 11th October between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. In the case of separated parents, if both parents are not going to sign, then a copy of the child’s full birth certificate and the form giving custodial rights are required. Any child whose forms we do not received will not be allowed to attend the Catechism lessons.
- Rosary on the Coast:On October 13, 2018, Malta will host the ‘Rosary on the Coast’. This will unite all the faithful in prayer for our families, our Church, and Malta. Join us from 6pm to 7pm in praying the Rosary together along the coastline. Among other localities, in St Julian’s it will be held near the Love Monument.
- Grupp Ħbiberija: The Diaconia Commission informs you that the next Grupp Hbiberija meeting is to be held on Friday 19th October where there will be an outing to Manikata. A mass will be held at the Manikata church followed by a meal. Transport will leave at 9.30am from Spinola. All those who wish to book may do so by calling the Parish Office until Tuesday evening.
- Prayers for our faithful departed: We pray for Norman Vincenti, Joseph Galea, Anglu Psaila, Patrick Miller, Isabella Darmenia, Agnes Lewkowicz, Gladys Mallia and Alfred Gauci who entered eternal life during the month of September. Eternal rest grant unto them O Lord …
