FIRST HOLY COMMUNION (children born in 2018) lessons on Tuesdays between 5pm and 6pm
CONFRIMATION (children born in 2013) lessons on Mondays between 5pm and 6:30pm (twice a month) or on Saturdays between 4:30 and 6pm (twice a month)
Applications will be received on Tuesday 3rd September and Thursday 5th September at the Conference Hall of St Julian’s Centre between 5pm and 7pm.
Both parents need to complete and sign the application forms (but not necessarily at the same day/time).
You are to make sure that you bring with you:
– a recent (less than 6 months since the issue date) baptism certificate of your child. Those whose children were baptised in St. Julian’s parish do not need to present this certificate.
– permission from your parish priest to attend catechism lessons in another parish if you do not live in St Julian’s parish
– child’s ID number. (This can be found in the top corner of the birth certificate.)
– proof of attendance of catechism classes over previous years for those children who previously attended catechism in other centres (not applicable for first year in preparation for First Holy Communion)
Children from St. Julians parish will be given first priority, while children from outside the parish will be put on hold until we see there is sufficient space.
Applications need to be signed by both parents and include full documentation in order to be considered valid.
New registrations after these dates will not be considered, unless there is sufficient space.
