- Ġabra speċjali: Infakkrukom li dan il-weekend qed issir ġabra speċjali għall-ħidma tal-Franġiskani fl-Art Imqaddsa. Bl-offerti tagħna ngħinu biex jinżammu miftuha postijiet u ħidmiet reliġjużi kif ukoll ikunu ta’ għajnuna għal dawn ħutna li jgħixu fl-Art Mqaddsa li kif nafu bħalissa għaddejjin minn żmien diffiċli. Tajjeb li noffru t-talb tagħna biex il-Mulej idawwal l-imħuħ u jmexxi l-qlub tal-bnedmin biex ikun hemm il-paċi f’din iż-żona.
- Katekiżmu: Fadal xi postijiet għall-klassi bil-Malti tal-ewwel sena u tal-aħħar sena nhar ta’ Sibt. Min hu interessat ikellmna mill-ewwel.
- Pasta night: Se ssir pasta night nhar il-Ġimgħa 27 ta’ Settembru fiċ-Ċentru San Ġiljan fis-7.30pm li jinkludi: starter, varieta’ ta’ pasta, deżerta, tazza mbid u ilma. Donazzjoni tkun €15 għall-kbar u €10 għat-tfal ta’ taħt it-12-il sena. Donazzjonijiet jintlaqgħu fl-uffiċċju parrokkjali sa mhux aktar tard minn nhar it-Tnejn 23 ta’ Settembru.
- Pellegrinaġġ għax-xahar tar-Rużarju: Nhar il-Ġimgħa 11 t’ Ottubru se mmorru sas-Santwarju tal-Madonna il-Mellieha fejn se niċċelebraw quddiesa fis-6pm u wara nieqfu nieħdu xi ħaġa flimkien. Min jixtieq jibbukkja t-trasport ikellimna.
- Collection in favour of the Holy Land: This weekend’s collection will go in aid of the work the Franciscans undertake in the Holy Land. Your offering will help to retain religious sites open and help our brothers and sisters living in the Holy Land who we are aware are passing through difficult times. Let us also offer our prayers so that the Lord will enlighten the minds and move the hearts of those responsible for peace to reign in the region.
- Catechism: A few places are left in the Maltese class of year 1 and the Saturday class of year 6. Anyone interested can speak to us immediately.
- Pasta night: A pasta night is being organised at the St Julian’s Centre on Friday 27th September at 7.30pm. This will include a starter, a variety of pasta dishes, a dessert, a glass of wine and water. Donations for adults will be €15 and €10 for children under 12 will be received at the parish office by not later than Monday 23rd September.
- Pilgrimage for the month of the Rosary: On Friday 11th October we shall be celebrating Mass at 6pm at the Sanctuary of our Lady in Mellieha, followed by a get together. Anyone wishing to book transport may contact us at the office.
