Dun Jean Gove’
Dun Jean Gové twieled fl-1 ta’ Frar 1993 u trabba l-Mosta. Kien student fl-iskola ta’ San Anton, kif ukoll fil-Kulleġġ De La Salle. Fl-2012 daħal fis-Seminarju Maġġuri fejn ggradwa fil-kors tat-Teoloġija fl-2018 mill-Universita’ ta’ Malta. Matul żmienu fis-Seminarju kellu esperjenzi fil-parroċċi ta’ San Ġiljan, Mosta, Ħ’Attard, u Pembroke, fejn baqa’ iservi ukoll għal xi żmien bħala djanku. Ġie ordnat saċerdot fis-27 t’April 2019 minn Mons. Charles J. Scicluna. Fl-2018 intbagħat jistudja l-filosofija fl-Universita’ ta’ St Andrews, fl-Iskozja fejn iggradwa b’dottorat fl-2024. Illum jaħdem fil-kamp akkademiku f’xogħol relatat mal-Intelliġenza Artifiċjali (AI).
Fr. Jean Gové was born on the 1st February 1993 and was brought up in Mosta. He received his education at San Anton School, and attended Sixth Form at De La Salle College. He entered the Archbishops Seminary in 2012 and graduated from University of Malta in 2018 with a degree in Theology. Throughout his years at the Seminary he was given work experience in the parishes of St. Julians, Mosta, Ħ’Attard, and Pembroke, where he also served for some time as deacon. Fr. Jean was ordained priest on the 27th April 2019 by Mons. Charles J. Scicluna. In 2018 he started a course at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland where he studied Philosophy, and graduated with a PHD in 2024. Fr. Jean now works in the academic sector in work related to AI – Artificial Intelligence.
